Jeep Strokers

Installing an ATK stroker in my '88 Comanche. Went with the 87-90 model (RENIX). New engine has a 2686 cylinder head and Renix intake. For some reason the PS bracket won't line up with the water pump. Tried 3 water pumps. Something isn't lining up. Not sure if the block is wrong? Any suggestions?

For those who may encounter this in the future--the intake manifold wasn't fully seated. This caused the bracket to rotate and misalign. Had the shop re-install the intake manifold on the metal dowel pins and everything lined up.
