Small update
Got the break in time behind me. 2nd oil change with 1550Km (~1000Miles) without big problems. Once in the morning the stroker did not wanted to start, but the problem came from an cable at the cam sensor, which was properly broken during the engine swap. Replaced it and the problem was solved.
The stroker itself runs very mean and powerful. I have to be more carefuly with the throttle now.
The trank have been redesigned. 2 reasons. First : the box made of wood was to heavy and secound: no space for the Nitrous bottle
Here the first design:
Then here the seound.
I installed an conservative VCN 1000, Computerized Nitrous System with the bottle in the trank and the control unit in the ashtray. Nicely hidden from the "stewards"
The first 5 shots are done with an 25-35 HP nozzle. Everything was fine and the stroker did not run lean in any of the shots. The 50-60HP shots are just an awesome feeling ....uhhh..... but it runs slightly lean in high RPM. My engine mechanic, which is very expirianced with Nitrous saied it wont't be a problem, because it runs lean for not even an seound till it shifts down, but nevertheless, I will keep the 25-35HP nozzle for now. (just to remind you, I designed the engine for the Nitrous. Piston to wall clearance are 0.005" bigger, colder spark plugs, forged pistons etc.)
I enjoy the stroker vey much and with the Nitrous I think I surprised several SUV driver like BMW X5, Touareg, Cayenne & Co. already
