Where to buy good quality lifters

Post by Sebastian_98XJ »

I'm looking to buy good quality lifters for my build. I’ve read that Johnson lifters are the way to go, but I’ve emailed their sales department twice and haven’t received a response. Does anyone know where I can purchase them? I was also considering Pro Magnum hydraulic lifters, but I haven’t seen many good reviews on them.

topline/hylift Johnson lifters can be bought at https://toplineauto.com. Crower camsaver lifters use topline/hylift johnson lifters. Thay have a small flat spot ground on the side of the lifter to allow more oil run down onto thr cam lobe.
www.bulletcams.com also sells johnson lifters.

Clay Smith Cams also list a flat tappet hydraulic lifter for the Jeep 6 cylinder and indicate it is made in the USA - so also possibly Hylift Johnson.
