Struggling to keep this 4.7 running right

I’m borderline going to pull my hair out, I have. A 91 yj and I bought a 4.7 stroker from a gentleman and got it running after advancing my distributor forward one tooth, and it’ll idle great and rev until it gets warm then it start spitting and sputtering, but the confusing part is i drove this thing in my carport with the stock motor and pulled it and have the stroker in within two days and this thing is now throwing a tps code, map code and fuel injector circuit, if there’s anyway you can help me please do! This is driving me nuts any help is appreciated

One tooth of advance is probably too much. You only need to adjust it by a few degrees. Unfortunately my website is down and I can't link the page that describes the procedure.
Basically you need the rotor to be pointing in the 5 o clock position (when viewed from the passenger side) with the no.1 cylinder at TDC at the end of the compression stroke.

So set the distributor to what the 91 stock 4.0 should be, because it runs when the distributor is at the 6 o’clock when #1 is at tdc and but when I have it at the stock or oem position it wouldn’t run

All of those codes lead me to believe you may have missed a ground connection going back together. You have grounds from the firewall area bolting to the dipstick hold-down bracket, and grounds from the battery bolting to the coil bracket. Check for a missed ground.

Mines a 91 when I took it apart I didn’t have any grounds at the coil mount but I’ll double check all the grounds again
