What engine oil do you guys run in your strokers?
Do you add Zink to it?
I am running Royal purple because it is suppose to have Zink in it. But wondering if there is something better out there.

After talking to (email) Keith @ newcomeracing he suggested Valvoline VR1 oil.

So now just need to figure out what weight.

The bearing clearances and oiling system dictate that. The TJ 4.0L is designed around 10W30 (5W30 in very cold weather). Unless you have a specific reason to go with the heavier version, the 10W30 VR1 will serve you well.
