1999 Jeep TJ Stroker No Spark
I just finished my stroker build and I'm finding that the engine cranks over but I have no spark. The automatic shutdown relay does click and power on when you first turn on the key then turns off after 2 seconds and then never turns back on what the engine's cranking so it seems like maybe it's a crankshaft position sensor maybe?
But it ran fine 2 weeks ago before I pulled out the engine. Is it possible to have installed the flywheel backwards somehow that would cause it not to send them right reading to the sensor? Any other ideas?

not sure if any of this helps but...
usually (at least on my 2000 xj), bad cam and crank sensors throw a code almost instantly.
flywheel and flex plate has a specific bolt pattern and ware mark from age which in my opinion makes it damn near impossible to put on wrong.
I believe the 99s still had distributers and wires, have you swapped any of those parts out or checked for spark before the plugs?
As with any no start new build, it would be wise to check for all the grounds and connectors.
if anything, swap a new relay in, I think the electric fan one is the same size as the ASD.
