High oil pressure with oil leaks

I'm got a fresh stroker built off face book , built by lam in Kenosha Wisconsin. I broke the cam in on an engine stand with minimal leaks and starter issues. I now stabbed into my 1985 cj7. It now runs but leaks oil profusely from the passenger side of the engine. I have a a '97 block and stock head, an pcv valve running into the intake on one port and a simple breather on the other port of valve cover. The breather is saturated with oil and dripping. Anybody know a fix?

It sounds like your CCV elbow on the back of the valve cover is clogged up and not allowing the crankcase to vent.
