Springs to use with 68-231-4 cam

I have an 89 4.2 block with a 93 7120 4.0 head. The 4.2 block was recently built at a machine shop using the comp cam 68-231-4. The head I ordered from allied with all stock components. The online suggested Mopar springs to use with the .485 lift are discontinued. What springs can I use with this? I’m hoping to find a drop in setup. Does anyone have proven information on this?
